Hi there! I'm Atropa Bellatrix! I'm a Vtuber and Digital Artist. General Terms
When commissioning me, you accept these terms and conditions
I reserve the right to adjust my pricing at any time
I reserve the right to reject any orders for any reasons
I reserve the right to modify my TOS at any time.
Payment
I currently accept Paypal, Stripe and Square
Do not pay me before I’ve accepted your commission. I will send you an invoice.
50% of payment to be paid upfront prior to me starting your commission(s)
The rest of the payment is to be made at the end, before the completed commission(s) are sent.
Process & Delivery
General Completion time can take from a week to a month depending on complexity and/or amount of current work.
Your email will be sent through email upon reception of the other half of your payment.
At this point, I only offer digital commissions, so you will not be getting any physical goods shipped to your house.
Copyright & Usage
I, the artist,
retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworks(s)
will not claim intellectual property (IP)
will not profit further from the commissioned artwork(s) unless you (the client) break any of the terms.
reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as, but not limited to, publications and art books.
You, the client,
may upload the commissioned artwork on any websites and social medias
may not make profit from the commissioned artwork(s) ( reselling, redistributing, print-on-demand(POD), make prints, etc…) without prior agreement.
may not alter the commissioned work(s) without my (the artist’s) consent.
may be allowed to use the design itself in merchandise.
retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
may not use the commissioned work(s) for machine-learning (ML) and “AI”, as well as for NFTs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once work has started, I will not accept any refunds. (Unless in case of special circumstances, then an arrangement might be made).
You may cancel the commission at any time before I have started working on your commission(s).
Please do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will refund you myself.
